Second Circuit Court of Appeals decision on SAFE Act

Second Circuit Court of Appeals issues ruling on SAFE Act Lawsuit.

On October 19, 2015 the Court released its decision regarding
the lawsuit brought by New York State Rifle & Pistol Association
and other parties which challenges the SAFE Act on Constitutional
grounds.

As expected, but still disappointingly, the Court left intact
most of the provisions of the SAFE Act. This only further
illustrates the anti-gun bias of the courts in this region.

The case now heads to the U.S. Supreme Court where hopefully the Court will

agree to hear the appeal.
