VILLAGE OF RYE BROOK SEEKS DE FACTO BAN OF GUN STORES VIA ZONING

The Village of Rye Brook, NY is having a Public Hearing for its proposed zoning revisions whose sole
purpose is to create a de facto ban on gun stores.

All gun owners who can should attend and condemn this outrageous backdoor attempt to
restrict lawful commerce in legal commodities. This is nothing but personal bias parading
as law.

If successful in Rye Brook, we can expect to see similar zoning ordinances
enacted in other anti-gun towns and villages as Mayors and Trustees use the law
to enforce their personal bias against lawful firearm owners.
